Terms and Conditions

• Retainer and Payment:

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at the time of booking to secure the date.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

• Cancellation:

  • If the client cancels the contract, the retainer is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Rescheduling:

  • The client may reschedule the event with a minimum of

    7 days' notice.

  • A new date is subject to the photographer’s availability.

• Image Delivery:

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after the event date.

  • Images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery.

• Image Rights:

  • Eternal Exposure Photography retains the copyright to all images.

  • The client receives a personal use license to print and share the images.

  • The client agrees not to alter, edit, or sell the images without written permission from Eternal Exposure Photography.

• Model Release:

  • The client grants Eternal Exposure Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at the event for promotional purposes.

• Liability:

  • Eternal Exposure Photography is not liable for any loss or damage to the images after delivery.

  • Liability for any damage or injury occurring during the event is limited to the total cost of the photography package.

• Exclusivity:

  • Eternal Exposure Photography will be the sole professional photographer at the event.

  • Family and friends are welcome to take photos but should not interfere with the professional coverage.

• Cooperation:

  • The client agrees to cooperate and communicate with the photographer to achieve the best possible results.

  • The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to lateness, weather conditions, or interference from guests.

• Artistic Style:

  • The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and style, and they accept that Eternal Exposure Photography will use their judgment to capture the event in their professional style.

• Coverage:

  • The photographer will provide coverage for the duration agreed upon in the package.

  • Additional coverage time is available at an additional cost.

• Force Majeure:

  • Eternal Exposure Photography is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, or health emergencies.
